Mission
Mission of the National Institute of Public Health – National Institute of Hygiene covers protection of the human population through numerous actions taken in the range of public health, therein science and research works and courses. The activity refers to the monitoring of: biological, chemical and physical risk factors in nutrition, water and air in rooms, as well as contagious diseases and infections. NIPZ-NIH leads expertise activity for the government, non-governmental organizations as well as for the society, within the range of risk assessment and indicating ways for avoiding threats. Institute also leads researches of the sera and vaccines quality.
