Range of changes covered by the handling fee: change of the product name by adding its synonym, extension of the application (if possible), change of the address or name of the applicant company or the applicant’s address with the consent of the previous one,
WARNING! It is not possible to extend the validity of the certificate. After expiration of its expiration date, the only option is to submit an application for a hygienic certificate, as in the case of a newly approved product or product,
If it is necessary to reconsider the application resulting from the change of the product manufacturer, the scope of application of the product or the expansion of the range, a fee should be paid as in the case of issuing a new hygiene certificate in accordance with the current price list and the chosen mode (ordinary, express),
From October 19, 2004. in connection with the Regulation of the Minister of Finance – Journal of Laws No. 224, item 2277, for foreign contractors established in the countries of the Community or non-EU countries, no VAT is added to the invoice. In this case, the tax is settled by the buyer,
In the case of invoices issued for contractors from the European Union, it is necessary to give the EU contractor’s NIP,
In the case of a negative hygiene assessment of the material or product notified, 50% of the paid amount is refunded (50% is calculated, regardless of the procedure for issuing a hygiene certificate, from the amount of issuing the certificate in the ordinary mode in accordance with the current price list),
If you do not provide all the necessary documents necessary for the hygienic assessment within 6 months from the date of registration of the application, the attestation procedure is completed. In this case, 50% of the amount paid is paid for the regular mode or 75% of the amount paid for the express mode, according to the current price list,
The introduction of changes in the chemical composition, in the composition of raw materials or in the technology of manufacturing products requires re-applying for a certificate,
The condition for the issuance of the certificate is the settlement of all financial claims (presentation of proof of payment to the PZH account) related to the implementation of the hygiene certificate and tests carried out at the NIH,
The certificate may be annulled if, due to the progress of knowledge, new data on the health risk caused by the preparation or article are obtained and in the case of justified complaints or user interventions regarding the quality of the products,
All approvals issued after January 1, 2000 remain valid for 5 years from the date of issue.
WARNING! The validity period for hygienic certificates issued for products in contact with water is changed. From 1 June 2015, all approvals issued for these products will be valid for 3 years.
WARNING! As of 1 June 2015, the prices of all hygiene certificates issued in the Department of Environmental Hygiene NIZP-PZH are subject to change. The new price for a hygienic certificate issued in ordinary and express mode will be respectively (gross price): 1230 PLN and 2460 PLN. As a consequence, fees will also change depending on the amount of the fee for issuing a hygiene certificate regarding the preparation of an opinion justifying the rejection of the application for issuing a hygienic certificate (615 PLN, ie 50% of the normal mode fee) and applying changes to previously issued approvals for reasons not attributable to ZHŚ NIZP -PZH (10% of the fee depending on the proposed procedure for settling the case).

Complaints and complaints

The head of the Department accepts clients on Tuesdays and Thursdays, from 12:00 – 14:00, only for complaints and applications, after completing the attestation.
The director of the National Institute of Public Health – National Institute of Hygiene, complaints, appeals or appeals, or applications regarding the procedure for issuing hygiene certificates, accepts in writing or directly after prior phone appointment in the PZH Secretariat (tel. 849-76-12).
